While working out I got a blow to my shoulder and due to which I was having pain in arm rotation. I went to Dr. Pankaj and brief about the situation. He immediately started the treatment without any delay. Throughout the treatment phase he monitored the betterment and kept me updated about my situation. I was suffering from shooting pain from my lower back travelling till thighs in the legs from past few months which didn't let me walk and climb stairs normally. Home Physio sessions were taken by Dr Kishore from her gurgaon team and he assisted me with step by step exercise levels to revive my back and core strength and I was relieved of my pain in few sessions. I was experiencing acute pain in my neck, shoulder, and back which got aggravated post the heat treatment given by the earlier consulted physiotherapist. Dr.Pankaj was very skilled in diagonising and releasing several trigger points using cold pack, muscle massage, muscle stimulation devices and exercises. During the treatment, the severe pain was also experienced in left arm which had lost muscle strength and was weak. He was very thorough in explaining and recommending the right exercises, postures to help manage pain, mobility, and motor function. During the physiotherapy sessions which lasted for 10 days, He was always very attentive in listening on the progress, pains and then advising the appropriate exercises. With his help, there is significant improvement in my pain and mobilty.
